Production Background & Fun Facts: The Neighborhood itself is designed to be flexible enough to allow for any character to be built on and expanded into their own shorts. For example, the character of Dr. Mike can be seen in the background performing an examination during the hospital scene in "The Sit". This character returns in "On My Way", "The Show" and "The Sickness."
